 visto che il sito era il più famoso del deepweb, quindi se riusciranno come probabilmente penso a prendere il database molte persone tenteranno il suicidio, perchè leggeranno pm con nomi cognomi città indirizzi di spedizione e quant'altro, oltre che, le persone hanno perso tutti i loro BTC tanti btc... Nei forum c'è il caos di gente disperata per paura che vengano a prenderli a casa, ma secondo me se compravano qualche gr posso stare tranquilli, alcuni fonti vociferano che tornerà di nuovo online, ovviamente con un nuovo Admin  una cosa è certa il deepweb non è più così sicuro, bisogna solo vedere come hanno fatto a beccarlo, se per una sua cazzata o qualche bug

Secondo gli agenti Dread Pirate Roberts/Ulbricht è stato colto anche ad ordinare l’omicidio di un tizio che lo ricattava minacciando di rendere nota la sua vera identità, arrivando a concludere un accordo con un presunto killer che poi gli avrebbe detto di aver portato a termine il lavoro. Di cui però FBI non ha trovato traccia e pertanto non ha accusato Ulbricht. Finisce così per ora l’avventura del sito più famigerato della rete, fonte di migliaia di articoli tra lo scandalizzato e il terrorizzato in giro per il mondo, ma c’è da credere che l’esempio non cadrà nel vuoto, quel che non si puà fare negli Stati Uniti si potrebbe fare altrove, c’è una bel mercato che è rimasto orfano e qualcuno per soddisfarlo si troverà, magari tra i siti simili che già sono sorti e che annaspavano a grande distanza da Silk Road.

A federal agent was trying to get DPR to pay 500,000k to hand over "hacked vendor information and customer addresses" .

Another federal agent ended up getting into contact with DPR and offered hitman offer for 150.000k which was then faked and then DPR paid.
There was also a issue with IDs which also involved the federal agent "hitman" obviously they knew which package to seize and a photo to match with the name
DPR also made newb mistakes, using real information, email addresses. VPN. easy to dox back to

Also he had a bunch of regular online accounts (Youtube, shroomery etc.) that held his personal information for public to see. He used those accounts to advertise SR since 2010 and he even asked a forum on how to do coding for hosting a Tor site. The guy was a fucking retard.

A federal agent did speak with him and fake a hit, but he asked for 80k; this was way before the 150k incident. 

You're most likely right about the IDs. Speculation says they knew who he was for a very long time, but they had to build a case on him first.
VPNs are usually not easy to dox, but he used a US VPN, which is beyond me. Had he used a Romanian one, they'd have to find some other way to pin it on him.

The thing is that there's separate documents.

There's a docket, an affidavit, and an indictment.

The affidavit (really long, like 35+ page pdf) is an FBI agent's personal sworn testament about his knowledge in the events and petitioning the court for a warrant or something (it says at the end but I don't remember). The docket (like 2 page pdf) came after and basically says he's been arrested and that the feds have seized the site and will put up a message on the site informing users about it. Then there's the indictment from maryland (12 page pdf), this one is a set of charges and talks about the undercover cop's involvement and how he paid for a hit.

The confusion is that there were actually two instances where he paid for a hit. Here's basically how it went.

>undercover cop joins SR
>cop says it's shitty that everyone wants small amounts cause he wants to sell big
>DPR (SR admin) says he'll look for a contact and hooks him up with a vendor who turns out to be a site "employee" of DPR.
>Cop sells the employee a bunch of drugs, it gets delivered, payment is made, cops bust employee
>Cop tells DPR that the employee got busted and stole money from members and might talk to feds
>DPR gets pissed and asks cop to torture employee to force him to give the money back, then changes that to kill him after.
>cop "arranges" with his assassins to kill the employee once he is released, DPR gives him 40k ahead of time and 40k after confirmation.
>cop stages pictures of them torturing the dude and then later stages pictures of him dead which he sends to DPR
>DPR sends the money

>some time later on friendlychemist threatens DPR saying he owes his dealers
>DPR asks to talk to his dealers and then tells the dealers to kill friendlychemist
>They want 150k or whatever and he's all "I paid for a clean hit at 80k, you are overcharging" but they settle and supposedly they make the hit, send a picture (which DPR deletes afterwards).
