No, se si aggiungono emoticons msn automaticamente le ridimensiona, lui chiede un programma che, appunto, sorvoli questo ridimensionamento automatico.

da quel che mi ricordo, le dimensioni per le emoticon statiche sono di 32x32 pixel, e di quelle dinamiche (non le animoticon) sono di 96x96 px. qualsiasi immagine tu inserisca per creare l'emoticon in questione, viene ridimensionata secondo questi due formati. c'
